A Simple Wish

I want to apologize to my readers for being so long in posting, with everything that has occurred over the last month has left me without words. I for one have chosen to listen to voices that are crying out and not add to the cacophony of dissenting opinions and heated arguments, and so I have been focusing on everyday life, and some very important projects and activities that are very personal to me.

All day today I have felt the need to write and say something and yet as I sit here I still don’t have the words to address where we are in time and space currently. I am left with the only thing I feel within my power to put out into the world. I offer this prayer to the world:

May the Gods of all belief systems, look down with mercy on their followers. Please hear our pleas, witness our discomfort, see our need. Please work on the hearts of those that have been elected to lead and govern to do so in a fair, equitable manner for the higher good of all. May the world be blessed with love, peace, comfort and may those who are in need have that need met.

I give thanks for this blessing that it may be so and so shall it be.
